Responsibilities

Assist with HRIS transactions including processing employee job changes, hires/terminations, etc
Support recruitment activities by receiving approved job requisitions, posting positions, and scheduling interviews
Responsible for assisting in the creative input, planning and execution of site-wide culture events
Assist with on-boarding, performance management, development plans, talent review and other related activities
Support employees leave of absence (LOA) management
Assist with time and attendance, setting up time clock badges, record management in time and attendance system (Workday)
Track, administer and follow through to completion on HR programs including employee service awards, referral bonuses, etc
Maintain personnel files, active and terminated
Perform other related duties as assigned

Required

1-2 years of experience in a Human Resources (HR) support role
Has earned or is pursuing a bachelor's degree, ideally in Human Resources or related field
Bilingual English/Spanish
Have proficiency with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) - Workday preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint). Intermediate/Advanced Excel, Workday or SAP experience preferred
Ability to own a project from beginning to completion
Proven strength in analysis and creative problem solving, communication, interpersonal relationships, self-motivation, and leadership
Thrives in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently on tasks and projects
Ability to quickly learn new processes and procedures; is resourceful & leverages internal and external resources
Takes initiative and has a passion for process improvement
Actively contribute to both personal and company-wide goals through creative and innovative thinking
Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential

Preferred

Experience in an administrative or support role in a corporate or business environment preferred
Previous Internship experience in a Human Resources discipline preferred
