Responsibilities
Lead requirements analysis by collaborating with client stakeholders, leading workshops to understand their business needs, identifying and documenting requirements, and collaborating with solution developers to translate business requirements into well-architected solutions
Develop detailed technical solution documentation in support of client business objectives, including process flowcharts, diagrams, user guides, etc
Participate in and/or lead technical design sessions with solution developers
Create, update, configure, and maintain business applications with our low code application platform
Ensure all production changes are made in accordance with lifecycle methodology, version control, appropriate testing, and risk guidelines
Stay informed of new technologies and be aware of new platform capabilities, industry standards, and best practices
Conduct working sessions with clients to facilitate feedback; resolve technical issues during client review and testing
Lead end user and administrator training sessions
Facilitate User Acceptance Testing, providing guidance to end users and resolving reported issues
Troubleshoot and debug system errors and implement solutions to resolve them
Ability to travel domestically as needed up to 10%
Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned
Develop and maintain best-practice documentation for requirements gathering, process mapping, backlog management, solution configuration, testing, and training, as well as other areas of expertise
Create reusable templates and frameworks to improve delivery consistency
Mentor and train solution consultants on functional consulting methodologies
Conduct internal workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions
Collaborate with leadership to refine delivery standards and methodologies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or related field, or equivalent experience
Significant experience (10+ years) in business analysis or functional consulting for enterprise software implementations, including leading requirements for large projects and contributing to practice standards and/or team enablement
Strong analytical mindset and ability to assess client business needs
Proven experience in requirements analysis and SaaS implementations
Strong understanding of enterprise software, low-code platforms, and workflow automation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to lead workshops and mentor team members effectively
Ability to analyze technical options and formulate recommendations
Ability to approach solutions primarily through configuration, with customization where needed to meet the customer needs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to clearly and patiently communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Exceptional attention to detail; strong organizational and prioritization skills
Capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Comfortable working under pressure or strict deadlines
Self-starter with a high degree of integrity and professionalism
Passion for learning and personal growth, specifically when it comes to technology
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Preferred
Experience with government SaaS implementations or regulatory systems
Prior experience in a technical consulting role implementing commercially available SaaS solutions (Certifications or prior experience with software such as Salesforce, Appian, or ServiceNow a plus)
Experience working with low code platforms and workflow automation (MS Power Apps / Logic Apps is a plus)
Experience working with APIs (Application Programming Interface, e.g., REST / Graph) preferred
Ability to use mockup tools such as Figma, PowerPoint, etc. to explain design approaches
Experience using JavaScript to build user experiences
