Develop and execute merchandising strategies for Women's Running Apparel
Analyze consumer and market trends to inform product decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of merchandising plans
Qualification
Required
4 years of experience in footwear, apparel, and/or accessories product merchandising, product creation, and/or retail in a vertical, multi-brand, or digital environment
Affinity for product, consumer insights, and trends
Strong knowledge of retail metrics and analytical skills
Applicants must be able to work directly for the company on a W2 basis
Industry experience in apparel and/or performance sports/categories such as Running, Fitness/Training, or Outdoor
Ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, and influence within a matrix organization
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working with Planning, Marketing, Finance, and Operations
