Circuit Rider
The Rural Water Association of Arizona is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting water and wastewater treatment systems in rural communities across Arizona. Provide operational support and training to rural water and wastewater systems
Assist with compliance to state and federal regulations

Travel to rural communities to troubleshoot daily operational challenges

Conduct workshops and one-on-one technical assistance sessions
Qualification
Required
Extensive knowledge of water and wastewater treatment systems, including operations, maintenance, and compliance with state and federal regulations
Skills in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and providing hands-on technical assistance in real-world conditions
Strong communication and teaching skills, with experience in conducting training sessions and workshops
Proficiency in preparing reports, documentation, and funding applications
Ability to travel frequently to rural communities within Arizona to provide on-site support
A valid driver's license and a reliable mode of transportation are required
Preferred
Industry certifications, such as water or wastewater operator licenses, are highly desirable
Proficiency with computer systems and software relevant to the water and wastewater field, including data management tools
