Responsibilities

Define and communicate Cargo’s strategic objectives, aligning them with enterprise priorities and market trends
Oversee the Cargo strategic portfolio, ensuring prioritization, resource allocation, and successful execution of initiatives
Partner with senior leadership to identify key decisions, frame issues, and gain consensus on strategic initiatives
Build strong cross-functional relationships across operations, commercial, customer experience, finance, and technology to connect vision with actionable plans
Present strategic recommendations and progress updates to executive leadership, influencing decisions at the highest levels
Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for growth and efficiency
Establish governance frameworks to track progress, manage risks, and ensure accountability for results
Mentor and develop team members to achieve organizational goals

Required

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience; MBA or advanced degree preferred
7 years of experience in strategy, operations, finance, technology, or consulting roles
Expertise in strategic planning and portfolio management
Strong leadership and team development skills
Effective communication and consensus-building abilities
Proven success leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior leadership
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to leverage data analytics tools
Ability and willingness to travel as needed

Preferred

Advanced degree (MBA or similar)
Experience in airline or cargo operations
Familiarity with technology strategy and portfolio management
