Responsibilities
Market & Business Development: Actively develop new business and penetrate the assigned market by identifying and onboarding new clients across various trade channels
Channel Management & Retail Execution: Conduct regular field visits to service and grow accounts within diverse channels, including but not limited to: Wholesale Distributors、Chain Stores、Convenience Stores & Smoke Shops、Gas Stations and so on
Market Intelligence: Systematically gather, analyze, and report actionable market intelligence, including competitor activities, consumer trends, and product performance
Marketing & Promotion: Act as the local brand ambassador by participating in trade shows, executing in-store promotions, and implementing local marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and awareness
Additional Duties: Fulfill other tasks and projects as assigned by management to support team and company objectives
Qualification
Required
Fluent in English (verbal and written) is mandatory
Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States
Clean, valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the territory
Must pass a background check
Highly motivated, ambitious, and results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving targets
Possesses excellent self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously
Preferred
Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a significant advantage
Proven sales experience within the U.S. market is highly preferred
Demonstrated ability to independently manage a territory and conduct the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
