Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and secure new clients in the IT services and digital transformation space
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by proactively reaching out to prospects, attending industry events, and networking with key decision-makers
Leverage industry knowledge and market insights to identify business opportunities and create compelling sales pitches tailored to client needs
Own and manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing
Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the client base
Drive consultative conversations that uncover client pain points in digital transformation, AI adoption, cloud modernization, technical debt, cyber risk, data strategy, and user experience
Lead value-focused discovery sessions to understand client goals and challenges
Position Inadev’s portfolio—including AI/ML, Cloud Engineering, Application Modernization, SRE/DevOps, Data Engineering, Human-Centered Design, and Ceebit—as high-impact business solutions
Develop compelling proposals, presentations, and narratives aligned with client outcomes (speed, cost efficiency, innovation, risk reduction)
Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their business challenges and recommending appropriate IT services, solutions, and digital transformation strategies
Provide leadership in the development of custom solutions, ensuring alignment with client objectives and business requirements
Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to design and present solutions that deliver measurable results
Own the sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure, ensuring targets and quotas are consistently met
Manage and track all sales opportunities and account activity using CRM tools
Ensure profitable pricing, contract negotiation, and the delivery of high-quality solutions within agreed timelines
Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and client needs
Leverage knowledge of IT services, digital transformation, cloud computing, data analytics, and other relevant technologies to provide strategic guidance to clients

Required

Minimum 10+ years of experience in IT services, consulting, or digital transformation sales
Proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth, managing C-level relationships, and closing complex deals
Deep understanding of IT services, digital transformation, cloud solutions, and related technologies
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships and effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills with a focus on value-based selling
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
