Responsibilities
Meet and greet guests entering and exiting the park
Interpret and analyze guests needs and provide solutions to ensure guest satisfaction
Give concise directions when needed
Identify, scan, and verify authenticity of different types of admission passes and coupons upon receiving these products at the front gate
Maintain cleanliness and safety in assigned work area
Have the opportunity to gain experience in other departments within the park
Make guests happy by ensuring they have the best day possible and helping them build lifelong memories
Interact and work with people of all ages and backgrounds
