Responsibilities

Develop and monitor financial metrics for a portfolio of unclassified and classified programs
Shape the financial strategy for the programs
Implement change management and streamline decision support
Help program managers advocate for additional funding
Lead a team of 5+ financial professionals with regular reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and other Senior Material Leaders

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
In-depth knowledge of federal budgeting and financial regulations relating to Plan, Program, Budget and Execution (PPBE) process
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment to include, but not limited to TS/SCI work
Experience presenting financial data to senior leaders
Experience synthesizing financial data to non-finance stakeholders
Significant experience in Microsoft Office tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Word
Must be a U.S Citizen
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret / SCI security clearance
Safeguards classified or sensitive budget-related information and/or files
May be required to work overtime on an unscheduled or emergency basis
Eligible for situational telework only, including Emergency and OPM prescribed 'Unscheduled Telework'
Employee may be required to perform travel by military or commercial passenger aircraft in the performance of temporary duty assignments
This position is designated a NON-CRITICAL APDP position
Subject to Temporary Duty Assignment (TDY): Approximately 15 days per year
The employee must meet the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) requirements applicable to the duties of the position
Employee must within 30-days of assuming this position and by 31 October annually thereafter, file an OGE-450, 'Confidential Financial Disclosure Report'
This position is designated as a Testing Designated Position (TDP) under the Air Force Civilian Drug Testing Program
This is a Financial Management Level 2 Certified position IAW the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) 2012, Public Law 112-81, Subtitle F-Financial Management, Section 1599d. Incumbent shall comply with the requirements of this certification program

Preferred

Master's degree
Experience with Power BI and CCaR
