Serve as a project manager for a top priority project within the agency's Office of Technology

Manage large-scale projects of moderate complexity and risk

Lead Agile teams and manage project lifecycles

Utilize Agile project management tools such as Microsoft Planner (Premium), JIRA, or similar

Ensure all project milestones are met and facilitate telecommuting eligibility after 3 months

A Master's Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Information Technology, or a related field

10+ years of experience in project management in a government or enterprise environment

Experience leading application migration projects for government agencies

Experience leading complex projects in the field of information technology

Experience working with state agencies, especially those within South Carolina

Knowledge of state government procurement and fiscal policies

Experience with contract negotiation and vendor management
