Business Executive Assistant

Responsibilities

Act as “gatekeeper” of our time to ensure execution of our quarterly and annual goals
Handle and solve 99% of issues and questions before sending it to us
Handle highly confidential personal, financial, and business information with absolute discretion
Address all incoming emails and phone calls, sorting and filing emails into proper email folders
Screen incoming telephone calls; take and deliver accurate messages; refer client operation questions to appropriate team members at TriCord Advisors
Manage and protect our schedule, focusing on goals and Unique Ability activities
Confirm all appointments and details with requested attendees, including accurate time and meeting place (online or in-person), clarify goals and purpose of every appointment and expected duration
Arrange all our travel and family’s travel - put all travel details in google calendar and all details including travel docs
Plan special events like large family or business parties and activities
Run personal or business errands if needed or requested
Buy and send gifts, write and send thank you cards, condolences cards, and holiday cards

A strong business sense – can decipher priorities of what matters most and make sound judgment calls in my absence or without asking every time

Willingness to be flexible to get job completed; working from the office to connect with staff and launch new programs or sometimes working remotely; be available for travel as needed
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
Customer service experience preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
Positive, professional, and eager to learn
