Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the People Operations team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and handling correspondence
Maintain and update employee data in our HRIS ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Generate standard reports as needed
Coordinate and execute onboarding activities for new hires, including paperwork, system access, and new hire orientation logistics. Assist with the offboarding process, including termination in systems
Maintain organized and confidential employee & payroll files ensuring compliance with record-keeping requirements. Payroll administrative support as needed
Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions related to HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters, providing timely and helpful responses or escalating as needed
Assist in the communication and distribution of company HR policies and procedures
Support initiatives that foster a positive company culture and enhance employee engagement (annual engagement survey, wellness initiatives, etc.)
Participate in various HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the People Operations Team
Qualification
Required
1-2 years' experience in an HR related role
Proven ability to forge relationships with employees at all levels
Express oneself clearly and concisely in oral and written communications
Advanced knowledge of Excel and HRIS systems
Ability to work independently
Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Must be versatile and detail oriented
Must be team oriented and adaptable to change
