They are seeking Customer Service Agents to assist passengers and visitors at the airport by providing information and support, ensuring a positive experience for travelers.

Responsibilities
Direct, guide, and assist passengers, visitors, and all airport employees via customer service-related functions
Provide up-to-date and accurate information and wayfinding
Report any facility and stakeholder issues in their designated and assigned areas
Qualification
Required
At least a year or more of experience at an airport or large events center
Ability to communicate effectively with the traveling public
Advanced conversational and language skills in English
Ability to provide necessary documentation to prove employment authorization
Ability to obtain clearance for an airport ID
Ability to pass any background check and drug screenings post-offer of employment
Preferred
Candidates that are able to work weekends and the opening shift and/or closing shifts will be preferred over those with more limited availabilities
Speaking additional languages spoken amongst our community and traveling public at Orlando International Airport: Spanish, French Creole and French, Portuguese, Arabic, German, Chinese (Mandarin), and Japanese
