Responsibilities
Manage grant-related financial activity, including reporting, compliance, and coordination across programs and service lines
Partner with new and existing healthcare facilities, providing financial guidance and support during growth and transition periods
Develop and refine accounting policies, SOPs, and internal controls to support consistency and scalability
Assist with accounting and financial reporting related to projects and programs, including analysis and outcome tracking
Mentor and support analysts and managers, fostering collaboration, clarity, and accountability
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Active CPA required
Experience working with grants, complex projects, and cross-functional teams
Preferred
Big 4 experience with healthcare clients strongly preferred
