Responsibilities

Become part of an elite Security Team solving evolving security exploits and technology trends
Develop Application Security strategy for AI‑assisted development across SDLC and CI/CD
Establish architecture patterns for safe use of AI coding assistants (IDE, CLI, PR bots) including data‑handling and model interaction boundaries
Champion AI security controls that are developer‑first, fast, and low‑friction, while ensuring enterprise policy adherence. Quantify defect rates and risk between human vs. AI‑generated changes
Author secure coding standards for AI‑generated code and drive adoption, measuring enforcement and telemetry
Assess risks of AI code contributions and codify automated checks
Orchestrate security tools and connect findings to AI remediation workflows
Pre‑train and fine‑tune enterprise AI coding agents on secure patterns, org policies, and vetted libraries to minimize insecure suggestions
Create developer blueprints and code recipes that embed secure defaults into AI scaffolding and templates
Mentor staff and partner teams; evangelizing AI‑secure coding, prompt safety, and pipeline guiding principles

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, information systems, cybersecurity, or related area and 4 years' experience in application security, or related area at a technology, retail, or data-driven company
6 years' experience in application security, or related area at a technology, retail, or data-driven company
AI and ML expertise with a keen knowledge of code development and deployment
Experienced career technologist who is well-versed in application development methodologies, CI/CD, and remediation techniques
Holds a technology degree with 7+ years or equivalent experience in cybersecurity, Application Security, development and code management, or computer science
Familiarity with broad set of development and query languages
Experience in building and administrating solutions within the tech stack; Development knowledge, CI/CD, libraries, utilities (modern knowledge); strong communications (verbally and written), enjoys a challenge, organized, team player, ability to learn needs to be able to lead and follow and know when to do either
Someone who enjoys exercising your experience to develop solutions that will enable better insight into the enterprise, identifying gaps and areas of improvement
Naturally inquisitive with a passion for learning and understanding the nuances of development technology
An adaptive learner who can partner with other technologists and leaders to deliver solutions securely at the speed of business
An innovative, logical, and inquisitive mind with a desire to be effective
Familiarity with regulatory concepts (for example, NIST, SOX, PCI, HIPAA)
A curious and continual learning mindset across security technologies, trends, threats, and exploits
Practical understanding of technical and nontechnical risk response options
A passion for global responsibility
Collaboration and expertise for evolving technology, paired with an eagerness to learn and develop those around them

Preferred

Certification in Security+, GISF, CISSP, CSSP, CASE, or GWEB
Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related area and 2 years' experience leading information security or cybersecurity projects
Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly
