Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and optimization of complex front-end applications using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
Define front-end architecture, UI standards, and performance best practices for enterprise-grade applications
Collaborate closely with product, backend, UX, security, and cloud teams to deliver secure and scalable solutions
Drive projects from concept and architectural design through production deployment and ongoing enhancements
Ensure high standards of code quality, accessibility, performance, and security, particularly in regulated financial environments
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across front-end initiatives
Integrate front-end applications with cloud services on AWS or Azure
Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices using Git-based version control systems
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
10+ years of professional front-end development experience
Strong expertise in React and modern front-end technologies
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure preferred)
Prior experience in banking or financial services environments
Proficiency with Git and CI/CD practices
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
Preferred
Experience leading front-end architecture for large-scale, enterprise applications
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, accessibility standards, and performance optimization
