Responsibilities
Work as part of a team to efficiently produce quality products in required quantities by following all shop floor displays, manufacturing instructions, and specifications
Operate forklifts, hoists, air manipulators, robot wrappers, and hand scanners to lift, palletize, wrap, and load motors for shipment
Train and support other associates, cross-train as needed, communicate issues with supervisors and coworkers, and assist other department functions
Maintain a strong safety-first mindset, follow all safety guidelines, report safety concerns, complete daily housekeeping, and work overtime as required
Qualification
Required
HS Diploma or equivalent required
6 months of industrial or military experience, or vocational/technical education
Must pass a background and drug screen and have valid U.S. work authorization
Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English is essential for maintaining a safe work environment
Regular attendance and availability for overtime are essential job functions
Preferred
motor manufacturing experience
