The PM is responsible for overall contract execution and is the single on-site authority empowered to act for the contractor on all matters related to daily operations.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary on-site contract lead accountable for overall contract performance
Exercise full authority to act for Nalu Federal on all contract matters related to daily operations
Ensure operational compliance with post orders, training requirements, weapons qualification standards, reporting procedures, and performance expectations
Manage scheduling, staffing coverage, shift accountability, and readiness across all posts
Lead incident response and ensure timely notification and documentation in accordance with contract requirements and established protocols
Maintain strong working relationships with the COR and site stakeholders; address issues quickly and professionally
Ensure all required documentation is accurate, current, and inspection-ready (e.g., rosters, training records, qualification records)
Provide after-hours support for emergencies/urgent requirements; maintain reliable reach-back capability
Perform armed guard duties as required (e.g., patrols, access control, incident response), demonstrating leadership by example
Qualification
Required
Minimum 8 years of law enforcement or military service experience
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience within that background
Must be fully qualified to perform armed guard duties in addition to management and supervisory responsibilities
