Responsibilities
Assist clients and customers with questions, requests, and general support needs
Provide customer support via phone, email, and in-person interactions
Resolve issues promptly while maintaining a professional and positive attitude
Maintain accurate customer records, notes, and service documentation
Support event teams with customer-related coordination and assistance
Communicate clearly and effectively with internal departments
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, dependable, and professional demeanor
Basic computer and data entry skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Customer service, hospitality, retail, or call center experience preferred
