Business Systems Analyst II
Gentiva Hospice is a national leader in hospice care, palliative care, home health care, and advanced illness management. They are seeking a Business Systems Analyst II to join their IT Business Solutions team, responsible for gathering requirements and implementing solutions to optimize financial and enterprise systems.

Responsibilities
Gather and document detailed requirements to fully define projects
Provide Tier 2 support for all applications and escalate unresolved issues
Collaborate with IT departments and corporate teams to design and implement financial and enterprise systems
Participate in planning and delivering capital projects, enhancements, break/fix requests, and other initiatives
Prepare system flow charts, decision tables, record layouts, screen displays, and report formats
Attend meetings with user departments to identify operational procedures, data input, and reporting requirements
Develop project plans outlining tasks, timeframes, and required resources
Evaluate hardware/software needs, analyze feasibility, and prepare project time/cost estimates
Work with management and system users to identify information needs and support decision-making
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of high-quality solutions
Recommend process improvements and assist in documentation updates
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
4-6 years of experience as an analyst supporting financial and/or Payroll/HR systems
Proven knowledge of computer systems, applications, development, and testing methodologies
Strong business knowledge with ability to conceptualize and convert processes into computer applications
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and effectively with all levels of the organization
Ability to work under stress and respond quickly to changing priorities
Logical and analytical thinking with strong problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
Knowledge of project management processes and execution
Ability to model business processes and support design of new computer systems
Strong knowledge of clinical systems used in the division
Fluent in English with consistent attendance
PMP Certification
Travel availability as required
Preferred
Prior experience in financial or payroll system implementation
