Responsibilities
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers
Apply paint, stain, and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces of multi-family properties
Ensure quality control by inspecting all work for consistency and accuracy
Comply with safety standards and maintain a clean workspace
Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and techniques
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a painter, with a focus on new construction and multi-family properties preferred
Strong knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Physical stamina and ability to work at heights (ladders, scaffolding)
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
