Quality Assurance - Program Assistant II

They are seeking a Program Assistant primarily responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the Quality Assurance Unit, including file maintenance, data entry, and document scanning.

Providing administrative and/or clerical support to the Quality Assurance Unit
Assisting in the areas of file maintenance
Requesting case records
Copying of files
Data entry
Scanning documents for internal use
Qualification
Required
High School diploma required
Minimum two years administrative or clerical experience
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication and customer services skills
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Knowledge and competency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Associate of Arts degree in the Social Sciences field preferred
Experience collaborating working for a social services program preferred
