Responsibilities
Advise on fund formation, capital raising strategy, and private market positioning
Provide guidance on deal structuring, diligence strategy, and transaction execution
Mentor analysts and deal scouts, reinforcing institutional standards and execution rigor
Access curated deal flow, advisory engagements, and platform-driven exposure
Build a verified Strategist Track Record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem
Advise fund managers on capital strategy, LP targeting, and fundraising narratives
Support deal sponsors with structuring guidance, diligence oversight, and negotiation strategy
Provide market context and strategic insight across asset classes and deal types
Mentor analysts and deal scouts on modeling, diligence processes, and transaction execution
Offer portfolio-level advisory insights and value creation guidance
Participate in curated introductions with institutional investors or strategic co-investors
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of private capital markets
Record of executing or advising on transactions
Experience in fund formation and capital raising strategy
Ability to provide guidance on deal structuring and transaction execution
Experience mentoring analysts and deal scouts
Ability to advise on capital strategy and LP targeting
Experience in providing market context and strategic insight across asset classes and deal types
Ability to offer portfolio-level advisory insights and value creation guidance
Experience in investor relations strategy and network development
Approval based on experience, transaction exposure, and demonstrated ability to advise on real private market activity
Preferred
Former investment bankers, fund managers, or senior advisors
Experienced operators or founders with strong capital and deal networks
Senior professionals with a market-level perspective on fundraising and deal execution
