Senior LevelTrack Record Assets is a Houston-based multifamily owner and operator seeking a Vice President, Private Equity Relationships to build and deepen long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals and small family offices investing in multifamily real estate. The role focuses on relationship origination and trust-based capital formation, working closely with the firm's Chief Investment Officer and Chief Syndication Officer.

Responsibilities
Build and manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals ($1M–$50M net worth) and small family offices
Originate new investor relationships and convert them into repeat equity partners
Conduct in-person and virtual meetings to present multifamily investment opportunities
Clearly communicate deal strategy, risk profile, business plans, and return expectations
Maintain an organized investor pipeline and follow-up cadence using CRM tools (Hubspot and InvestNext)
Coordinate with internal syndication and investor relations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing communication
Represent the firm professionally at local events, meetings, and one-on-one investor discussions
Tour investors to our properties and our office so they can get familiar with our deals, our team, and our business model
Qualification
Required
Proven experience working with affluent or high-net-worth clients
Background in real estate, private investments, wealth management, financial advisory, or relationship-based capital raising
Strong understanding of basic investment concepts (equity, leverage, IRR, cash flow, risk)
Comfortable building trust with sophisticated investors in one-on-one settings
Highly professional, organized, and accountable
Houston-based with the ability to meet investors in person regularly
