They are seeking a Maintenance Worker who will assist the Facilities Manager with maintenance work across various locations, performing tasks such as preventative maintenance and completing work projects in a timely manner.

Responsibilities
Complete all assigned work, paperwork and projects in a timely manner
Complete all schedules (listed in maintenance manual) and any additional items required for program and/or building certifications
Complete seasonal preventative maintenance projects such as power washing, furniture moving, landscaping and snow removal and assist other maintenance workers, as assigned
Qualification
Required
Clean, valid NYS driver's license
Prior experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical or other related building trades
The ability to work at various heights while using extension ladders to access roofs, lighting etc., and ability to lift a minimum of fifty (50) pounds
Verbal/written communication skills including the ability to provide or obtain information, to interpret and advise to clarify understanding
Strong reasoning skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
Preferred
Knowledge of trades (carpentry, plumbing, and/or electrical)
Working knowledge of MS Outlook and smart phones (for the electronic work orders system)
