Responsibilities

Build, maintain, and support the implementation of dashboards, metrics, and data visualizations that enable talent, engagement, and workforce decision-making
Create recurring leadership reports and executive summaries with a strong focus on accuracy, clarity, and usability
Use Python and SQL as core tools to automate reporting, clean and transform data, and support advanced analytics
Analyze engagement survey results and other employee data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Execute end-to-end analytics work, from data extraction and transformation through final insights and visualizations
Translate complex analytics into clear visuals and written summaries that highlight key takeaways and implications
Run predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and ad hoc analytics
Contribute to data-driven process design projects by analyzing current-state data and measuring outcomes post-launch
Support Workday reporting as needed, including troubleshooting, validation, and partnering with HR Tech
Coordinate data integrations and quality checks with One Model, Workday, and other HR systems
Coach and support teammates on Python usage, automation approaches, and analytics best practices
Contribute to data quality standards, documentation, and repeatable analytics processes

Required

2+ years of experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics, or a related analytics role
Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Business, or a related field
Strong proficiency in Python is required, including experience with data analysis, automation, and modeling
Proficiency in Python is required, as you'll work hands-on to automate and scale analytics tools
Working knowledge of SQL and relational data structures
Experience building dashboards and visualizations in tools such as One Model, Power BI, Tableau, or similar
Familiarity with Workday reporting or HRIS data; Workday Report Writer experience is a strong plus
Comfort working with large datasets and improving data quality over time
Strong attention to detail and pride in producing accurate, well-documented work
Ability to explain data clearly to non-technical audiences through visuals and concise narratives
Interest in using AI or automation tools to improve analytics workflows
