M3 Networks is seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead our organization’s daily operations and drive sustainable growth. The COO will oversee the development and implementation of operational strategies, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure that business objectives are achieved efficiently.

Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans to support organizational growth and operational excellence

Lead and supervise multiple departments, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and fostering a high-performance culture

Oversee operations management, including process improvement initiatives, project management, and program delivery to optimize efficiency

Implement change management strategies to facilitate organizational transformation and adapt to evolving market conditions

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to ensure fiscal responsibility and resource allocation

Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding market reach

Lead senior leadership teams in setting objectives, monitoring performance metrics, and cultivating leadership talent across the organization

Required
