Responsibilities

Leading, developing, and mentoring team members to ensure accuracy, timeliness, quality, and compliance to all policies and procedures
Supporting various trust services offered by Charles Schwab Trust Company and Charles Schwab Trust Company of Delaware
Partnering with leadership and internal business partners to ensure our products and service are meeting their expectations
Actively managing and/or participating in special projects and initiatives in the spirit of innovation, collaboration, and community
Helping to drive the strategic vision for PTS by proactively identifying opportunities to improve process flow and eliminate redundancies
Providing oversight and required evidence of supervision for key processes
Assisting with managing internal and external audits
Ensuring team members comply with state and federal banking regulations and internal policies and procedures regarding asset eligibility, OFAC, AML, and Customer Identification Program
Highly client oriented with demonstrated experience in client servicing and relationship management
Prioritizing, managing, and processing complex requests to ensure items are completed within established time frames
Providing superior follow-up, along with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in data input
Anticipating potential risk issues and escalating as needed

Required

Proven leadership experience
3-5 years of experience in trust, banking, or financial industry, including customer service experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
Highly client-oriented with demonstrated experience in client management
Strong analytical skills, ability to research problems, determine root causes and solutions
Superior organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or accuracy
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills and the ability to work effectively with a variety of people
Thrives on initiating, building and encouraging strong authentic relationships inside and outside the group; highly reciprocal; navigates and activates alignment across organizational silos
Highly motivated and a self-starter
Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a matrix organization structure and synthesize diverse points of view into well-formulated recommendations and plans
Positive attitude, team orientation, enthusiasm, professionalism, and strong work ethic with high level of integrity and ethics
