Responsibilities
Lead the development of OCI’s next-generation cloud service platform
Collaborate with senior leadership to design and deliver scalable, reliable, and secure systems
Lead experimentation and prototyping efforts, translating visionary ideas into practical solutions
Influence technical direction across multiple teams
Impact the daily workflows of developers, operators, and cloud customers alike
Qualification
Required
15+ years of experience launching large-scale services
Proven track record of delivering successful V1 projects at scale
Strong understanding of cloud services
Demonstrated ability to set technical and product vision, influence across multiple teams, and build consensus with senior leadership and executives
Excellent executive-level written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Background in Java and RESTful API development
Experience with low-level cloud infrastructure and systems
Experience building developer tools such as CI/CD pipelines

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
