Responsibilities
Provide support and maintain DCPP Cisco CUCM (Call MGR)
Provide support and maintain DCPP Cisco WIFI Controllers(9800 new, 8540 old)
Provide support and maintain DCPP network management systems(Catalyst Center new, Prime Infrastructure old)
Support DCPP campus and off-site Cisco Switches, Routers, Voice Gateways, Access Points, and WIFI Bridges
Provide support for DCPP Palo Alto Fire Walls. Work with corporate on OS and hardware upgrades
Provide network support for DCPP Cyber Security to assist with requests for logs or other network device info
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience
Cisco CUCM
