Responsibilities
Manage the full product lifecycle for faucets and fixtures, from initial market research to post-launch performance analysis
Leverage deep expertise in plumbing mechanics (valves, cartridges, and flow rates) to guide engineering and R&D teams
Monitor global design trends and competitive landscapes to ensure a superior product portfolio
Ensure all products adhere to North American plumbing standards, including IAPMO/UPC and EPA WaterSense specifications
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in Product Management specifically within the plumbing or kitchen/bath industry
In-depth technical knowledge of faucets, pull-down sprayers, and plumbing components
Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management and sales forecasting
Proximity to or willingness to work daily on-site in Marietta, GA
