Responsibilities
Performs the physical tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing, and distribution of products, materials, parts, supplies, and equipment
Records receipt and shipment of products within the Novaspect business systems
Works with the warehouse team to complete daily shipping requirements
Works with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues
Drives company vehicles to pick-up and deliver product, parts, and equipment as needed
Exhibits professionalism when interacting with internal and external stakeholders
Works with the warehouse team on other assignments as needed
Capable of learning time management to accomplish all assigned duties within allotted time
Qualification
Required
Minimum two years warehouse shipping and receiving experience
General computer knowledge required
Use of a forklift required
Valid Driver's License and ability to be insured by the company's insurance
Ability to maintain positive work relationships with co-workers
Ability to maintain good customer relations
Ability to follow safety guidelines
Must be able to lift, lower, slide weight up to 60 pounds
Must be able to efficiently use a dolly and/or pallet jack
Must be able to stand for long periods, up to 3 hours at a time
Preferred
Mechanical aptitude preferred
Experience with UPS and/or FedEx shipping software helpful
