Responsibilities
Drive innovation and transformation in our analytics, reporting, and insight generation across multiple customer-facing channels
Analyze performance across servicing channels such as apps, web, chatbot, live chat, interactive voice response (IVR), and digital communications
Deliver best-in-class service capabilities and customer touchpoints, leading to lower costs, higher retention, and improved throughput
Supporting a team of three to four analysts
Use technology and data to identify, measure, and pursue continuous improvement opportunities
Define work and processes
Tackle new challenges
Collaborate with product owners, analysts, scientists, and IT to test, iterate, and enhance customer experiences
Qualification
Required
A minimum of eight years of analytical work experience
{OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years analytical work experience
Preferred
Strong communication and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize data, identify trends, and recommend solutions
Proven ability to prioritize and manage effectively and efficiently across multiple complex workstreams and cross-functional teams
Proficiency with many of the following: SQL, SAS, Python, Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, GitHub
Experience with coaching, mentoring, and developing analytical talent
In-depth knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data, systems, and processes, such as those relevant to customer experience
