Manager, Strategy Integration
United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee is seeking a detail-oriented project manager to support high-impact projects that drive their mission. This role will focus on strategic planning, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful execution of organizational initiatives.

Responsibilities
Contribute to and support strategic planning activities to ensure appropriate sequencing and timely delivery
Support facilitation, development, and execution for strategy workshops and manage workshop logistics with leaders, business owners, and Strategic Impact Director
Understand and provide analysis on the organization’s key strategic and operational issues to support comprehensive framework of strategic planning (such as market and industry trends, etc.)
Stay apprised of and upskill organizational knowledge of the latest trends and developments in strategic planning and performance monitoring
Support the drafting of key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor strategy implementation and impact
Support development of the organizational impact narrative for the Annual Impact Report and other periodic impact updates, collaborating with USOPC Communications team as needed
Help track KPIs, and compile updates and reports for internal and external stakeholders
Assist in analyzing key performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement
Coordinate with the Impact Measurement team to support data collection and reporting efforts
Support management of large-scale strategic planning and organizational improvement projects, such as Games Planning, including creating timelines, tracking progress, and supporting team communication
Help define project goals and success metrics in collaboration with organizational leaders and internal and external stakeholders
Work with internal teams to gather input, provide project updates, and support alignment across organizational initiatives and departments
Help maintain visibility into cross-departmental planning activities to identify overlaps, dependencies, and opportunities for alignment
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items to keep workstreams moving
Create tools and resources and collaborate with internal partners to promote consistency in how planning is approached and communicated across the organization
Help document best practices and lessons learned to support continuous improvement of strategic planning, project management, and change management, including through enterprise tools like Monday.com
Support the team in creating content for planning sessions, organizational updates, and leadership briefings
Maintain clear and organized documentation for all strategic planning documents, project materials, and impact communications
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with a preferred emphasis in Business Administration, Communications, Sport Management or related field
5-7 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, project coordination, business operations, or related roles
Experience working in a fast-paced or matrixed organization
Familiarity with project management software (e.g. Monday, Asana, Trello, or similar)
Experience with process improvement (e.g. lean six sigma, process mapping etc.)
Familiarity with data analysis and dashboarding software (e.g. Tableau, etc.)
Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
Clear communicator with strong written and presentation abilities
Comfortable working with data and dashboards
Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn
Preferred
Masters degree a plus
