Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end design and implementation of integrations between SAP SuccessFactors modules (EC, ONB, LMS, PMGM, etc.) and SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and third-party systems (payroll, benefits, identity management, finance)
Architect scalable and secure integration solutions using SAP CPI, following enterprise integration best practices
Configure, optimize, and govern SuccessFactors APIs (SFAPI, OData API, Compound Employee API)
Drive integration of employee lifecycle events including hire, termination, transfer, job changes, promotions, and compensation updates
Define and oversee data mappings, transformations, validations, and enrichment logic
Establish robust error handling, monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks within CPI
Provide technical leadership, conduct design reviews, and mentor junior integration consultants
Collaborate with HR, payroll, and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical integration solutions
Qualification
Required
10+ years of overall IT experience with strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors integrations
Extensive hands-on experience with SAP CPI and enterprise integration patterns
Deep knowledge of SuccessFactors data models and HR business processes
Proven experience integrating SuccessFactors with SAP and non-SAP systems
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
SAP SuccessFactors Integration or SAP CPI certification
Experience leading global or large-scale HR integration programs
