Financial Client Support Specialist

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
Assist with client onboarding, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and complete
Schedule and confirm client meetings, appointments, and reviews
Follow up on post-sales service requests to ensure client concerns are addressed promptly
Provide administrative support to financial advisors, including document preparation and data entry
Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all clients by fostering trust and efficiency
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1 year in a customer service, administrative, or client-facing role (financial services experience is a plus)
High school diploma required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with CRM software is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor
Works well in a collaborative team environment while also taking initiative independently
Ability to handle sensitive client information with discretion
Preferred
Life & Health license is preferred
Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
