Responsibilities

Service, clean, and repair gas fired burners, HVAC equipment, ventilation system, refrigeration equipment, freezers, compressors, and water heaters
Conduct routine and non-routine inspections and perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on all HVAC equipment, ventilation system, refrigeration equipment, freezers, compressors, and water heaters
Obtain quotes and advise supervisor for ordering purposes when parts are needed; assure parts are readily available when needed

Required
