Defending professional liability claims involving Directors & Officers, Legal Malpractice, Errors & Omissions, and Architects & Engineers
Representing professionals such as accountants, architects & engineers, attorneys, bankers, financial planners, healthcare providers, and more
Working with developing talented attorneys who have excellent skills in any litigation arena

Qualification

Professional liability lawLitigation experienceResearch skillsWriting skillsCalifornia Bar admission

Required

Strong research and writing skills
At least eight (8) to fifteen (15) years of experience defending professional liability claims involving Directors & Officers, Legal Malpractice, Errors & Omissions, and Architects & Engineers
Admission to the California Bar

Preferred

Experience in professional liability law
Substantive litigation experience
Demonstrated interest in professional liability law
