Account Development & Technical Services Manager
The Pittsburgh Paints Company is seeking an Account Development Manager (ADM) for Sales & Technical Services, a hybrid role responsible for managing a defined sales territory while providing technical and customer support. The ADM will serve as the primary sales lead and act as a key technical liaison between customers and various internal teams.

Responsibilities
Manage and grow assigned sales territory
Support customer visits and business development
Represent the company at customer meetings and events
Investigate and validate customer complaints
Visit customer sites with Sales as needed
Track, follow up, and close complaints
Coordinate technical reports with U.S. Technical team
Handle THD complaints and prepare RGA numbers
Support warranty issues
Represent the company in DACO claims
Coordinate settlement approvals with U.S. PPC Legal
Participate in DACO legal proceedings as required
Provide technical guidance, training, and warranty support
Conduct product training for employees and customers
Present programs tailored for architects and engineers
Participate in trade shows and local marketing events
Qualification
Required
Sales territory and/or technical support experience
Strong customer-facing and communication skills
Ability to manage complaints and cross-functional coordination
Willingness to travel within the territory
