Lead balance sheet ownership, reconciliations, and month-end close activities
Play a key role in accounting integration tied to the nonprofit merger
Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules
Work closely with leadership to ensure accurate and standardized accounting processes
Contribute to strengthening internal controls, reporting, and operational efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree preferred (Accounting or Finance a plus, but not required)
Strong understanding of GAAP and balance sheet-focused accounting
Preferred
Prior experience in nonprofit or mission-driven organizations is helpful but not mandatory
