Responsibilities

Develop annual and quarterly business development strategies, identifying new markets, customers, and growth opportunities
Coordinate cross-functional resources to support strategy execution
Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and industry dynamics to provide data-driven insights for decision-making
Build and maintain key customer relationships, enhancing customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships
Participate in major customer negotiations and contract signings
Oversee customer lifecycle management, ensuring customer retention and expansion opportunities
Lead the business development team, setting team goals and monitoring performance
Develop sales strategies and business promotion plans to ensure sales targets are met
Develop strategic partnerships and alliance opportunities
Recruit, train, and manage business development team members
Provide guidance and performance feedback, fostering a high-performing team culture
Drive team professional growth and skill development
Regularly report business progress, sales performance, and market opportunities to senior management
Develop business development KPIs and track performance
Provide market insights and risk assessments to support decision-making

Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Outstanding communication, team management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Ability to travel and work flexible hours

Preferred

Experience in the finance, technology, enterprise services, or B2B industries
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools (e.g., Salesforce)
Experience in international business development
