Workforce Solutions Manager

Responsibilities
Oversee and manage workforce timekeeping cycles, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
Lead, coach, and support Workforce Solutions Specialists and Supervisors, including staffing, training, productivity tracking, and day-to-day operations
Partner closely with the Payroll Director on workload planning, performance discussions, issue resolution, acquisitions, and payroll-related initiatives
Serve as the go-to expert for Kronos Workforce Central/Dimensions, supporting time reporting policies, historical corrections, case management, and compliance requirements
Identify opportunities to improve processes, documentation, and training programs to enhance efficiency across workforce and payroll systems
Qualification
Required
5+ years of payroll and timekeeping experience in a high-volume, multi-entity environment
Hands-on experience with Kronos Workforce Central and Dimensions, with a solid understanding of FLSA and compliance standards
Bachelor's degree or equivalent payroll experience; CPP certification a strong plus
