Responsibilities
Design, simulate, and optimize RF and electrical systems for various applications
Develop and optimize impedance matching circuits for high-performance RF designs
Conduct RF testing and measurements, including S-parameters, radiation patterns, gain, efficiency, and VSWR
Generate comprehensive design documentation, including specifications, test reports, and manufacturing instructions
Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in RF and electrical technology
Troubleshoot and debug performance issues in prototypes and existing products
Contribute to the development of new RF technologies and intellectual property
Collaborate with firmware and software engineers to ensure seamless system integration
Work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts clearly
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, or RF Engineering
Proven experience in RF and electrical design and testing (preferably > 5 years)
Proficiency in schematic capture software (e.g., Altium)
Hands-on experience with electrical RF test equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal generators)
Familiarity with electrical RF design tools and techniques, such as impedance matching, filtering, MCU interface, Power supply, and amplifier design
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and teamwork skills
