Responsibilities
Perform hands‑on work in Routing & Switching, Load Balancing, Firewall, VPN, Cisco Wireless, SD‑WAN, and AWS networking
Manage and maintain Firewall policies, ensuring proper configuration and compliance
Troubleshoot incidents related to Routing & Switching, Firewalls, Load Balancers, VPN, and Wireless technologies
Perform day‑to‑day operational tasks, including incident resolution, service requests, and change requests for Network Data & Security
Generate monthly and quarterly Firewall Audit Reports and support Network Capacity Management efforts
Provide timely response to break/fix issues and assist in resolving all network‑related incidents
Plan, review, and execute network change requests, ensuring adherence to standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
9–12 years of experience in network engineering roles
Strong expertise in Routing & Switching, Load Balancing, Firewall, VPN, Wireless, SD‑WAN, and AWS networking
Experience troubleshooting incidents across network and security domains
Hands‑on exposure to VPN troubleshooting and deep understanding of load balancing
