Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and monitor comprehensive, cost-effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality therapy professionals (PT, OT, SLP)
Review applications, conduct screenings, and manage the full-cycle interview process
Coordinate with Human Resources to ensure proper credentialing, licensing verification, and seamless onboarding of new hires
Collaborate with facility directors to understand staffing needs, turnover trends, and future capacity requirements
Track key metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and applicant quality to optimize recruitment efficiency
Cultivate relationships with universities, professional associations, and candidates to build a strong talent pipeline

Required
