Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent is required
6+ months of experience in customer service or clinical receptionist is required
Strong computer skills utilizing Electronic health records (NextGen preferred)
Strong computer skills utilizing Microsoft office
A compassionate and positive attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to create an excellent patient experience
Patient focused mindset
