Responsibilities
Providing consulting services to clients for analysis of their wired and wireless networks with minimal oversight
Analyzing clients’ networks using network analysis tools and established processes
Completing network assessments involving the analysis of network topologies, config/show commands, network architecture and capacity requirements
Focusing on wireless network assessments and analyzing radio-frequency for data, voice and video communication standards over Wi-Fi
Capturing data while at client sites and transferring this information into a useful report format for clients
Providing daily status reports to clients and Oracle Health Implementation team on progress made for all tasks
Collaboratively working with clients and Oracle Health Implementation team members to deliver concise and thorough reports
Presenting final network assessment reports to Oracle Health Implementation team and clients, including leadership up to C-Suite
Adhering to established processes, methodologies, and best practices for network assessments and creating appropriate documentation
Engaging with clients while onsite outside of normal business hours to complete network assessments in hard-to-access areas
Establishing, maintaining, and strengthening client relationships and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
Managing multiple client engagements simultaneously and completing administrative tasks such as timely submission of expense reports and timesheets
Attending and participating in team meetings and working sessions to develop knowledge of wired and wireless networks
Qualification
Required
At least 4 years of total combined higher education and related work experience, including: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Healthcare, Science, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field of study, or relevant, equivalent work experience
Willing to travel up to 80% as needed
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
Perform other responsibilities as assigned
Preferred
4+ years experience with wired (LAN) and wireless (WLAN) network assessments and administration
Experience with Network Assessment Software/Tools such as Ekahau Software Suite, Air Magnet, Fluke, netAlly, packet analyzer tools
Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving experience
Strong oral and written communication skills
Experience interacting with client leadership up to C-Suite level
Time management and organizational skills

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
