Responsibilities
Design, develop, and test web applications
Maintain and enhance existing web applications, including bug fixes, minor feature updates, and performance optimization
Backend development using C# / .NET Framework / ASP.NET / MVC
Frontend development using JavaScript / React / HTML / CSS
Develop and integrate APIs and Web Services
Prepare and maintain technical documentation in English and Japanese
Participate in Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementation projects in the future
Qualification
Required
5+ years of software development experience, including experience with Java
Strong experience with C# / .NET Framework / ASP.NET / MVC
Proficiency in React / JavaScript
Experience with HTML / CSS
Working knowledge of MS SQL
Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell
Source control experience (Git / Azure DevOps)
Business-level proficiency in English and Japanese
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred
Interest in building a career in ERP consulting (Microsoft Dynamics)
Experience with unit testing
Knowledge of Azure REST API
Experience using Postman
Basic understanding of business processes (Finance / Sales / Inventory)
Experience with RPA tools such as Power Automate or UiPath
