Channel Manager - Telecom
SOVA, Inc. is seeking an experienced Telecom Channel Manager to join their growing channel organization. The role focuses on expanding the channel ecosystem by onboarding new partners and driving productivity and revenue across an existing portfolio.
Responsibilities
Identify, engage, and onboard new VARs, MSPs, and technology advisors aligned to SOVA’s partner profile
Build and expand trusted relationships across an assigned partner portfolio
Maintain an active pipeline of prospective partners
Guide new partners through onboarding and early deal activity
Serve as a strategic advisor to partners
Balance near-term pipeline creation with long-term partner development
Provide partners with training, tools, and resources to accelerate success
Collaborate with partners on live opportunities
Support partner-facing and customer-facing events
Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and leadership
Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and reporting
Represent SOVA at industry events and partner meetings
Independently manage a portfolio of channel partners
Maintain consistent, proactive partner outreach
Travel up to 50% as needed
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in telecom channel sales
Established relationships with VARs, MSPs, and technology advisors
Experience with mobility, FWA, and/or UCaaS solutions
Strong communication, organization, and relationship-management skills
