Responsibilities
Architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Salesforce Core Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience) and Marketing Cloud
Design personalized, multi-channel customer journeys using Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Automation Studio
Define data models and integrations between Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM, and external systems (APIs, data warehouses, CDPs)
Lead solution design workshops and translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures
Ensure best practices for data governance, security, consent management, and compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.)
Collaborate with developers, admins, marketing teams, and stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle
Provide technical leadership during implementation, deployment, and post-go-live optimization
Review and optimize existing Salesforce and Marketing Cloud implementations for performance and scalability
Create architectural documentation, solution diagrams, and technical design specifications
Stay current with Salesforce releases and emerging marketing technologies
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Strong hands-on experience with Journey Builder, Email Studio, Contact Builder, Automation Studio
Solid understanding of Salesforce CRM data models and Marketing Cloud connectors
Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, SFTP, and middleware tools
Knowledge of SQL, AMPscript, HTML/CSS for Marketing Cloud personalization
Experience designing scalable, cloud-based enterprise solutions
Strong stakeholder communication and solution-presentation skills
